company. That still matters.
Dhiveda was founded in 2019 to build and run software for other people — CRMs, portals, mobile apps, commerce platforms. That work never stopped. What changed is that the problems clients bring us now often have an AI-shaped answer, and we had the delivery foundation to act on it properly. We also front a wider data and technology network: a growing ecosystem of Indian boutique technology companies collaborating to deliver analytics-driven and AI-powered work to enterprises globally, remotely from India.

Abhijit Kanjilal
Founder & CEOA senior AI and analytics leader with 22+ years building enterprise AI/ML solutions, data-driven products and advanced risk and marketing analytics. Abhijit has delivered 150+ AI and analytics projects across BFSI, retail, FMCG, telecom, manufacturing and energy.
He previously held leadership roles at HSBC, ICICI Bank, Fractal Analytics and Al Ahli Bank of Kuwait. He co-founded Busilns.com (AI dashboards and chatbot) and founded Reqruit.AI, and co-founded SIBIA Analytics, which was sold to Adani.
Soumen Sil
Chief ArchitectA technology and solution engineering expert with 15+ years building scalable digital platforms across eCommerce, healthcare, logistics, sports tech, gaming, public utilities, legal, real estate, government and financial services.
Soumen leads Dhiveda's solution architecture, modular component engineering, performance optimisation and enterprise-grade API and system integration. He founded Elpida Solutions and previously worked with Webgen Tech, Liyans Infotech, Accede Software and e-Celtic, delivering across the US, Europe, Middle East, UK and Ireland.
