Acceptance
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Use of the site
You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, interfere with its operation, or use automated means to extract content at a scale that affects availability.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — including text, design, graphics, logos and the names Dhiveda, Reqruit AI, QRUIT AI and FIR Sahayak — is owned by Dhiveda AI Solution and Services Pvt Ltd or its licensors, and may not be reproduced without permission.
Products and services
Descriptions on this site are for general information. Use of any Dhiveda product or service is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, service levels, pricing, data handling and liability. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance or a warranty of any particular outcome.
AI-assisted outputs
Our products assist human decision making; they do not replace it. Outputs may be incomplete or incorrect and must be reviewed by a qualified person before being relied upon. This applies particularly to FIR Sahayak, where the authorised officer is responsible for every document and every decision, and to Reqruit AI and QRUIT AI, where hiring decisions remain with the employer.
Third-party links
We link to third-party sites for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimer and liability
This website is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dhiveda is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in the privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, unless a separate signed agreement says otherwise.
Changes
We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
